All of my mixes are a labor of love. A lot of time, thought, effort, and money goes into the making of each mix. I am no longer interested in the quantity of listens/downloads with each mix. Instead, I'm interested in the quality of such listens. That is why I am now selling my mixes. I am selling my mixes to ensure whoever listens to them takes the time to give the mix a careful listen. Music is art and should not be treated as disposable.
Respect to SCM, GxFR, Dump Gawds, KTO, and all the rest who have spearheaded this movement. If you value what I do, you know what to do. If you value what I do, and genuinely can't afford to cop the tape; email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can work something out.
About the Mixes
Narcos, Gods, & Fly Gods cassette tape includes two mixes. Side A consists of the Griselda White mix (Griselda Records mixed with Barry White, Stoney version). Side B consists of the Stoney Finds God mix (all gospel-sourced material, Stoney version). Each tape features liner notes explaining the origins of the Stoney concept of mixing; inspiration behind both the Griselda White and Stoney Finds God mixes; and a 5x7” postcard insert that features several photos of Pipomixes' workspace, along with the equipment used in his mixtape-making process. All purchases will also receive an email with a DL link of both mixes. Those familiar with Pipomixes know that all of his mixes are very intricate and highly technical. Similar attention to detail was devoted to the packaging of each cassette tape.
** ATTN: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS **
- Sorry, international shipping costs are very expensive and time consuming. If you want to hear the mixes, but don't want to pay the shipping costs; WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING THE DIRECT DIGITAL DOWNLOAD.
..... ..... ..... Due to increased tracking service costs, time-consuming customs forms and protocols, unreliable international postal service, and dealing with all the angry emails bitching and moaning about delayed ETAs; an additional $50US international service fee will be added to merchandise orders with non-U.S. addresses.
..... ..... ..... We apologize for the inconvenience, but for international orders, we must use U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail tracked shipping, and this requires extra cost and time. Yes, we will ship to all countries, but the extra international service fee is $50US per order.
..... ..... ..... Also, we do not ship to FPO/APO addresses.

I’m not exactly sure who is solely responsible for the recent trend of Gospel-sourced music, but I first became aware of it through J. Rocc’s Adventures in Stereo program on KPFK, where he devoted an entire episode to Gospel themed music (late 2015). On this particular episode, J. Rocc had Budgie Beats as a guest. Through my introduction to Budgie Beats, I became aware of his collaboration with ALC on The Good Book (a beat tape with all Gospel sample sources). Both discs of the The Good Book (basically two separate albums; one by ALC and the other by Budgie) are absolutely classic. House Shoes’ SCM label has also released several gospel themed albums by Ras G, Tuamie, and Jake One.
The aforementioned albums don’t comprise the entire Stoney Finds God mix, but songs from those albums make up the bulk of the music used. Music from the likes of David Axelrod, 2pac, Mobb Deep, Nas, Biggie, MC Hammer, ATCQ, and a few others will be heard on the mix. Volume 2 of The Good Book came out during the making of this mix, so no songs from that album will be heard on the mix. Perhaps there will be a second volume of the mix. Time will tell.
